... with Sjogren just some months ago and I've been in a great deal of pain.. sometimes I can't get out of bed. My Dr. want me to take Humira and I'm not sure if I should. Do anyone know anything about Humira or take it? I know what Humira is for but being that I have sickle cell I'm not sure if it is the best way to go. Just want to know if someone out there can help or in a similar situation. Thank you.
John, I can tell you that many people use this for just what you have and also helps with the severe pain from the Rheau.Arthritis and has been the main drug of choice prior to it coming out you could Google it and read others experience but the also hold classes to teach the patient about the proper use and just plain come out and ask your doctor if you had this would you start with this. I do know that there are many people out and about and working etc. Only because of this Injection. Just let your doctor know you want some more information on it or what other options you have but you do want to get these joints moving before it gets so bad that even that is not possible they have come a long way in treating this is why many people don't really know much about it. You could too if you want to look up a CVS IF THEY HAVE one around you or Pharmacare they specialize in injectable medications and ask to speak to one of the Pharmacists about Humira. Best of luck to you Chuck1957
