Mild irregularity to the left and right hepatic duct and also the common hepatic duct and common bile duct. May represent cholangitis and could represent early PSC. Focal strictures seen of the common bile duct as it enters the head of the pancreas. Fluid is not seen within the ampullary segment of the common bile duct, which can be a normal variant but could also represent a periampullary stenosis.
