Since it's the tylonal in endocet that activates the oxycodone?

Whould it work better if I took a tylonal with the endocet? I take 10/325
Tylenol has absolutely nothing to do with activating oxycodone... Dave
There is tylenol in the endocet thats what the other 325 mgs of medicene is.Thats just another word for tylenol and it does "help" the effects of the oxycodone,not activate. No need to take more tylenol as it is bad for your liver. God bless.
