I "partied like a rock star" for too many years and now have cirrhsis.I've stopped drinking(a bit late),so maybe I wont need a transplant if I try to repair it.I also was told arginine, carnitine, cysteine, and something called GLA might help, but I know less than nothing about them.Someone did show my a Mayo Clinic research paper on the rejuvinating benefits of silybum marianum though, and it looked promising.Any advice?
Go to a drugstore and ask a pharmacist for probiotics. They come in small bottles (you drink some of it and over time, your insides are restored) about 60$CAN... If you cant afford it, look for activia yogurts as well as greek yogurts, do contain some probiotics but make sure you eat one a day for atleast a month or two or for as long as you can do it on a daily basis and even if you pass a day I dont think it should harm you :)
