I took Seroquel for about 2 to 3 months about 9 years ago. I still have lingering side affects like I am still on it. I get the clumsiness, vertigo, heart attack symptom etc. when ever I get sick including just a mild cold. I also have other lingering side effects and am just curious if anyone else has had this problem. I have been checked for just about everything with my 3rd check for plugged arteries coming back normal. My calf's still have pain when walking and my calf muscles get tight and sometimes lock up. Please help.

sorry I should have said more but it is hard to keep it short. I had a really bad reaction to the drug. I got to where my lower legs would seize up when I would walk about 50 feet or less. I could barely move and overcome with whole body stiffness and felt like I was dying and a few more things on top of that, I read the website at the time and I had every symptom that said immediately stop taking this and seek medical help.
It took over 6 months to be able to walk any distance and still with pain and most of the symptoms would show up after a lot of exertion. It was about close to a year before I woke up one day and felt normal. and like I said the symptoms only seem to show up when I am sick and last usually a day or 2 after I am better. I can also feel the symptoms for a day or 2 if I don't get 6 or more hours of sleep at night.
I recently had shingles and I felt just like I was on the Seroquel except the cloudy head. The symptoms lasted almost 2 years this time.
