Something that will not interfere with symbicort. Most of the bp meds I have tried have narrowed my airways. Example:bystolic,metoprolol ,carvadinol
You just can't take beta blockers but there are other classes of bp meds which the ones you are on are representatives. If its not coming down with what you are on, your dr has to do something else. Are you avoiding salt and maybe loosing some weight if you are overweight? If you're not seeing a cardiologist you might try one for better bp control.
