I pulled out, but a little got on her vagina and she was still moist. She ovulates days later and her period begins August 7th. I got her a plan B and she took it 7 hours after we had sex. Could she possibly be pregnant?
It's not impossible. Even if you didn't get any ejaculatory fluid (cum) near her, she can become pregnant from your pre-ejaculatory fluid (pre-cum).
Plan B works by delaying ovulation. If she was already ovulating then it can't do that. Apps are just a guide to when she ovulates, & can't always be relied on.
In that case you'd need one of the other methods of emergency contraception; either the other emergency pill called Ulipristal Acetate, or to have an IUD fitted by a doctor within. Either of those things can be effective if done within 120 hours/5 days of the unprotected sex.
