Been to to er several times but they dont find anything. Dont know what else to do...
You were smart in excluding cardiac disease.
It may be a GI problem or a muscular-skeletal Disorder.
I’d recommend you start a journal.
Keep tract of everything until you find a pattern.
By Pattern I mean being aware of food, activity, new changes to your life.
Write down what you ate. Is it related to high fat foods?
Does it occur after eating or before?
What were you doing right before the pain started?
Are you sitting more or doing a new exercise?
Are you sleeping different?
Write this down everyday and I bet within two weeks you will have your answer.
Find a pattern.
If none is found, you need to get work-ups done like CTs etc.
What has your doctor told you?
ERs are good for the initial event in making sure there is nothing serious going on.
They are NOT good for follow up because you see a different doctor each time and they are not looking to diagnose a new chronic condition.
Keep at your Primary until you get an answer.
