... my body or else I can get a child with my present life partner
We can't tell you if it created a problem; how could we possibly know? It would depend on your current and past medical history. Assuming that when you were in relationships with these other men you did not contract anything hideous or lose some reproductive capacity from something really rare like an ectopic pregnancy then there is no physical reason on the planet why sleeping with more than one man will definitely cause pregnancy issues later in life.
The only thing I might suggest is to get a cervical cancer vaccination (which is caused by a virus in many cases), that you may or may not ever be exposed to. This is not to treat an existing condition but just giving you some cheap insurance against a really unpleasant cancer. I personally believe that all sexually active women should get this even in solely monogamus relationships. Simply because it reduces overall rates of this type of cancer. (NOTE: this is not medical advice. It is a personal opinion)
I hope this makes you feel better about yourself. Take care and good luck with the kids. :)
