I have a torn rotator cuff is there anything that will ease the pain
Have you been to the doctor? You were not given anything for pain or referred to a surgeon to repair the torn rotator cuff? Your first step is to see your PCP to get a referral and a Rx for the pain. In the meantime, ibuprophen or aleve might help, along with a heating pad, or ice (whichever works for you best) I think the ice would be more beneficial to help reduce swelling and inflammation from the injury. It would also be beneficial to immobilize that arm with a sling to keep you from moving the arm/shoulder, causing more irritation/pain. You can buy the slings at most large pharmacies. I hope this helps.
