it feels good when i stretch them but i have to keep doing it i dont know what to do i take advil but doesnt kick it
I would think that you should see a doctor with severe upper leg pain. When my legs hurt from either a leg cramp or from my stroke, I push into the leg where it hurts. My leg affected by my stroke hurts a lot at night, and the digging in with my hand into the areas where it hurts always helps the pain, but I don't have any idea what your leg pain is caused by. Good luck.
I know someone that has horrible leg cramps, but she received help when she asked a pharmacist (I believe at Rite-Aid) about OTC pills for this. They are small white pills.
Otherwise, she has used a small amount of Dill pickle juice (just drain the juice from the pickles) a the start of leg cramping. This has greatly helped her.
Best wishes, C.E.
