Which is better for a severe toothache..600mg ibuprofen or hydrocodone5-325 tb?

Probably the hydrocodone.

It honestly depends what's causing the tooth ache. If it's infection, or inflamation more than likely ibuprofen, if it's like jaw pain, the hydrocodone. But one is tylenol and the other is obuprofen , obviously, I lol. So u can take one, and if it doesnt help, u can take the other is a reasonable amount of time. Hope this helps.
