... Will I have sleep apnea for the rest of my life please give an answer to my question
Your question is one I can identify. Will this be forever? Perhaps a better thought is, thank goodness I have a CPAP machine so I have another day. Thank goodness that I have medications to help. You see, when we have these limiting health issues it helps to take a step back and look at it for what it is. I am not saying you aren't grateful. It will help to change your view a bit and get some support. Life long illness requires new coping skills and understanding from our loved ones. It also requires accepting what is?forgiving oneself for being less than perfect, and finding what we can do while having this problem. Wishing you better health and time without struggle. Karen.
