This medication is quite good for RLS.
I suggest you ask your Dr. if you can take it, if you have not already done so.
As a soon another person also post a medication call Requip and that is what I take for my RLS. I started on the lowest dose possible and my doctor slowly raised it up I got to 3 mg 1xday like a hour before you go to bed. How I know it's still working when I in hospital back in March some reason they tried to give it to me in the morning and they were supposed to change to bed time. They didn't change the time for it and when it came to bedtime and the nurse said it showed that I already received it that morning and couldn't override it and no matter what I did to get to sleep my arms and legs could stay still. So I was up all night long. I was going to have my wife bring me my medications so if there is a screw up I have it to take. So it look like I'm going back to the hospital later today and I hope the don't admit me into the hospital again. I have spent a total of 32 days in the hospital this year. I'm 38 years old and in fair to poor health.
My nurse is coming out today to she what she can do to keep me out of the hospital again. I'm SSDI and on Medicare I have a part c plan and for two of the hospital stay it's costing me $3000 for each time. Then the other are around $2000 and I can't afford it with my income or my wife. I'm sorry rambling away about my issues. There are different medications out there for RLS and after trying a few of the Requip did the best for.
