Hi, I've been experiencing similar but in left cheek. A C-T scan it showed two areas that could have been causing the pain. The Sacrum Illiac Joint or L5/S1. I researched a good spinal surgeon/ slash pain management specialist. He has done two arthrogram blocks over a period of a month and we have determined that it is the SIJ causing the pain. I'm having a Rhizotomy on those surrounding nerves on Friday. Your doctor needs replacing. Speak to people, get some scans done and see what's up. You don't have pain for no reason. It could be many things that are causing the pain. Hope you get a solution soon. Good luck
