One day I noticed my foot was numb. I have no idea how this happened. But it was just numb. More recently I have experienced pain in my left foot whenever I walk or put pressure on it. This has been going on for roughly 6 weeks. Sometimes the numbness climbs up my leg causes numbness knee down. Also I have no idea if this is related but a 1/4 of my right hand has also became numb.
It could be a possible stress fracture that is affecting your nerves. I would definitely get it checked by a podiatrist. My mom just shifted her weight while standing and got a stress fracture in her foot and she said it was terribly painful. See a foot doctor soon... more time can mean more damage.
