... here in the states and all the brands here are crap compared to 50 mg capsules of Tramal Brand I took in Costa Rica. I don't know, that brand gave me excellent relief and lasted for hours, it was a completely different feeling than stuff here in the states? What's up with that? Could it be the nonactive ingredients?
I did some research about a year ago, via Internet, my doctor, and my pharmacist. Most Tramadol sold in the US is manufactured in... India. Almost all "low-markup" drugs are imported. Per my doctor, Tramadol is limited to 50 mg per tab by law, possibly you had access to a higher dosage and/or a time-release med in Costa Rica? Luck, my friend.
I prefer overseas tram as it's cheaper (I don't have insurance) and its higher miligram. I've been taking it for a long time so now I can just take 1 and it seems equivalent to about 3 50mg I've never had an issue.
But of course they are not fda approved so they aren't safe.
