Take your baby back to the emergency room right now. If the fungal medicine and EPC has not worked they need to know so they can prescribe something else. Don’t wait any longer - your baby is relying on you for everything and you need to get this fixed ASAP. Also if you can allow the baby to lie on several towels for as long as you can with no diapers on at all. This will alow the rash to breath and not come in contact with any more urine – do this for as longer time as you can manage - say for an hour at a time when you can watch over her. Don’t leave her for a long period of time without a diaper on though e.g. don’t leave the diaper off through the night.
You need nystatin cream which is a script and mix it with zinc oxide ointment. Diaper rash like that is hard to get rid of. If you can the best thing other then that cream is to have the baby in the sun naked. I used to put my babies out in the sun for a few min in their stroller so it got dried and aired.
Go back to ER ASAP, let them give a something different, keep going till you get some help for your baby, it needs to get air if its fungal infection, fungal infections are hard to treat and takes time, if she's got sore's they can get infected as well, keep her as dry as possible, wet makes it worse.
