If the doctor who prescribed BOTH medications is the same doctor, then he knows everything you're taking. He would not knowingly prescribe something that would not be compatible with your Sertraline. But give him a call and ask just to make sure. If you have two different doctors who prescribe these meds, then your primary care physician needs to know that. Every doctor you go to needs to know all medications you take to make sure there are no contraindications.
