Also I suffer from extreme anxiety and panick attacks sometimes, but was asking if its normal to have breathing problems during the day?? Like even if I'm not having a anxiety or panic attack I tend to find it hard to breath when I wake up or during the day, like its hard to catch my breath or I miss a breath.. Is that coursed from anxiety and panic attacks?????
You could start taking it at night, but I honestly think it'll go away, so if it starts being activating, switch back to morning.
Anxiety and panic can cause you to be short of breath and feel like you can't breath. But it is best to talk to your doctor about your symptoms to rule out any other issues. Sometimes doctor will prescribe Beta-blockers to help with the anxiety symptoms. You may want to give the Sertraline a few more weeks to see if some of your symptoms resolve. The drowsiness usually goes away.
Hope it all goes well for you.
