... Rheumatoid arthritis,Etodolac 600 ER,Cymbalta 60mg,Tramadol 50mg and Plaqunil. Has anyone gotten toxic on these? According to all the literature they really are contradicted for one another. Why I was given all of these I can't guess. How long does it take to come off of these meds and return to normal? I have been about a week. Will it take longer?
Hi, i'm so sorry to hear that you have been diagnosed with this. I was diagnosed with Long QT Syndrome earlier this year due to interactions between my medications. I am/was on a combination of psychotropic medications and had to reduce/discontinue some of them because of my condition, as you are having to do now. It took me a few months to safely withdraw from some and reduce dosages. My psychiatrist and doctor worked together to lower my medications and it went quite smoothly. Hopefully you have the same support?
I took one Tramadol when i was taking Effexor and ended up with a severe headache and vomiting. I had to go to the ER in an ambulance for Serotonin syndrome. I would not take this with Cymbalta. I am currently trying to get off Cymbalta which replaced the Effexor. I have many side effects, the worse being severe flushing, eye pain and burning, and itching. I am taking Cymbalta for fibro and lower back pain.
