Absolutely. As long as you are receiving the same dose of medication, you could even take 12 of the 25mg tablets, because what matters is the dose, not how the dose is divided. I've done this with many medications- Effexor, Lamictal, Klonopin, Seroquel, Trileptal, Tegretol, etc. Sometimes, they just don't have the pill that fits your dosage, in which case, you have to substitute.
