Im monitoring my wife as im typing this please fill free to help me threw this with any comments. Thanks
Everyone is differant on meds..with that being said, Pledge is right there is a search engine and it gives you a lot of info at the top of page where it says drug a-z just type in serequel and it will tell you all the info on it... when I was taking it yrs ago it worked great for me for many yrs... I would only take it at night though me that is for as soon as I took it I wanted to sleep... but as I said it reacts to everyone differantly... I had to take it for racing thoughts etc... but yrs later had to come off of it do to restless leg syndrome... but once again just cause I got that doesn't mean your wife will..and it was yrs before I got it... anyway, I noticed you repling to the first poster put didn't finish the ? you might want to resubmit it so we can help... I wouldn't even attempt to give you an answer on how this med would make your wife feel simply cause everyone is different..but the best knowledge is to read up on it on this site... good luck..
Even after 9 months, I feel very sleepy within an hour of taking it. But without it, I am awake all night. I was very groggy in the morning, but that side effect seemed to wear off after several months. That said, everyone's chemistry is different, and your wife may react differently. Do follow the advice above regarding Info on Side effects etc. And call your Dr./Psych. if She experiences adverse effects. Good Luck.
