I assume you mean Celexa.

Celexa works to restore the balance of serotonin in the brain, helping ease the symptoms of various psychological disorders.

Zoloft:

An antidepressant that affects brain chemicals that may develop an imbalance, resulting in depression, panic, anxiety, or obsessive-compulsive disorder.

NO, they are not the same, they do different things.
My choice would be Zoloft... but it is your choice.
