I am not seeing any results after 8 days... I am not a breakfast eater, but I have noticed I can wait rill about 2 to eat... but man does the hunger and cravings start at night... I feel like I am gaining weight..Is there anything I can do to boost my success? My diabetes numbers are so bad... Really wanted some results..craving everything..Please help..
Dear Trayrae, EAT something for breakfast and egg, a ricecake, a spoonfull of apple cider vinegar with a dash of hot sauce in a glass of water (regulate your sugar and wake up your heart). EAT breakfast for a week and then you can say that you ARE a breakfast eater. You can change! At lunch eat some salad and any beans(garbanzo, black-eye pea... ); eat fiber and knock off the soda. just water. Eat your supper early, like 5-6... a can of tuna, sardines, or chicken and more veggies. I hope this gets you started on the good habits. Good Luck!
