Among those diseases, which one do we have to treat with an emergency?
You can't be ANY kind of medical practitioner or you would know how an ER works (the cleaner knows more than you). You treat the presenting pathology after labs have been done for diagnosis and/or confirmation of a pathology.
PS. pregnacy is not a disease and no one will diagnose anything until they have been assessed by triage.
