This add on is because I typed it one way and it seems to have been posted another. Anyone on morphine due to physical injury in auto or industrial accident?
From a high level perspective, pain is pain and if it is severe enough it will impact quality of life and therefore it needs to be treated. If the physical injury like an industrial or auto accident appears reasonable to cause moderate or sever pain, it would be absolutely appropriate to treat it with morphine.
