Both niacinamide and magnesium tauriate are nutritive ingredients. Niacinamide is a type of niacin. It has a tradition use in the treatment of anxiety, according to the Mayo Clinic. It is also helpful in delaying and preventing type 1 and type 2 diabetes. Seredyn has 200 mg of niacinamide, which is 1,000 percent of the recommended daily value. Unlike niacin, however, it does not cause flushing or stress of the liver. Alternately, magnesium taurinate provides 14 mg of magnesium per capsule, which constitutes 3.5 percent of the daily-recommended value of this mineral.
