... I'm just beginning feel some stirrings of the old libido and some physical "enlargement" down there. But, still suffering from hot flashes and fatigue. What's the consensus on a timetable for recovery of Testosterone? Should I expect a return to normal levels? What's the opinion on being able to build some muscle and lose the "belly fat" that I stored? Would my body respond to some cardio and strength training right now? Thanks
