... im 20, im better than ive been before but its still there, and i have anxiety atacks almost every time i go to university because of it, and as you guy know, anxiety only makes it worse.. please any advices?? (sorry for my english, im from uruguay)
hey shyguy - i saw you posted this some time back. hope things have improved since then. i was haunted by the condition for 6+ years. i tried many shampoos and numerous changes to my diet/sleep/exercise/stress. after six years of unmitigatedly awful symptoms, i went to a new dermatologist and was prescribed clobetasol propionate. it's a topical corticosteroid that can only be used 2 weeks at a time. i can't recommend it to you enough. my symptoms cleared completely within 2 days. it's been nothing short of life changing. please go to your dermatologist and have a conversation about it. as for the anxiety, my suggestion is to try to control all other variables in your life. get as much as you can in a good place. that way the SD (something you can't control) is among the few negatives. i tried to do that for some time, and it helped me a great deal. feel free to reach out to me with any other questions. best, chris.
I have had SD covering my scalp and ears for over 45years. I finally found a natural cure... CLOVE OIL. I bought four ounces of clove oil for around 12 bucks and massaged it straight from the bottle into my scalp. After a couple of hours scratch vigorously to remove dead skin, then reapply. Let it stay overnight and wash hair normally. Do this for several days and it will be gone forever. Tried on ears as well and skin layer will come off as it gets rid of SD. Mousturize skin in between treatments.
