... pretty scary to me - how dangerous is applying this stuff to our skin?
Hi catithwell, its not that the drug is dangerous if used as directed, but it can be a challenging experience due to the alarming effects on your appearance (intense redness, blotchiness, scabbing) and there can be unpleasant side effects as well (burning, itching). Your experience will depend on the size and location of the area you are treating, how much damage you have personally and what type of skin you have. I was very nervous before my treatment and I joined a great facebook support group. I ultimately ended up having very little discomfort.

Does anyone know of a local support group in the Los Angeles or Orange county area? Thank you. John?
