I have had two surgeries for my scoliosis and currently am taking medication for the chronic pain i have been suffering from. I intend on continuing the meds but I also want to find alternatives that I can do that might help with the pain as well. I have tried water aerobics and that has been the best thing yet, although things like yoga have caused me pain. And also physical therapy is not an option for me because my insurance does not cover it. Is there any suggestions of things I can do?
