I have had fibromyalgia for about 10 years, I have not been able to work the past 2 years. I had a reaction to Cmybalta and Lyrica, now my doctor put me on savella. I have only been on my full dose of 100mg 2x a day for about 3 days, I do gets the sweats also, but I seem much more sensitive to cold. I moved to Florida 2 years ago leaving our 3 adult child and my grandbabies which was VERY hard, but I could hardly walk from my office to the car. Anyhow, our air is on 84 and yet my legs and arms seem so cold at times and I need to go sit out in the sun. I even had to get out of the swimming pool for water aerobics because the water seemed to cold, which was probably 85. Does anyone else have this problem?
Hi there, I've always been a little more sensitive to the cold but i did notice while I've been on Savella that my extremities have been much more so. My fingers especially. Unloading my truck for work today, i had to put gloves on and they were still very cold. So much that every thing i bumped with my hand hurt so bad.
I also experienced the major sweats the first few weeks but not much anymore.
I hope you have found some relief since you've posted this. Best of luck to you!
