She is 95 and has a kidney infection, has never had diabetes but her blood sugar is currently at 280, she has been taking sargenor and I would like to know if it is ok. Thank you
All I can find about it is its vitamin c which won't hurt her, but I don't know what else is in. It may have some form of sugar in it. With an infection it can cause a blood sugar to rise, but then a high blood sugar can support infections, so her doc will have to sort it all out, but be sure he knows all the things she takes.
