Does anyone know if there are any sample plans available please on eating little & often?

I'm not sure I could actually eat 6 mini meals a day, as my stomach can't take this much food but I just thought I could give it a try anyway & see what happens.

I've often read about eating little & often/6 mini meals but I don't really have a clue by what that means & I'd really appreciate some tips on this.

I'm in the UK, so some of the foods that might be mentioned I may not have heard of but I'm sure I can find an alternative.
