not an issue with hunger or overeating. just the opposite! don't like a lot of foods , and if not "hungry" I don't bother eating.
I have lost 116 pounds over 4 years by cutting my meals in half and drinking a 10 ounce glass of water 10 minutes before every meal. Between meals, I drink water and eat raw vegetables for snacks. A lot of raw vegetables take more calories to digest than they contain.. By cutting meals by 1/2, your stomach shrinks and you fill faster. Stop eating when you begin to feel full and do not eat a heavy meal after 8 pm. I do have one glass of sweetened iced tea per day or 1 - 8 ounce Coca Cola. I usually have that at dinner time. I will have a dessert but only did it for every 10 pounds lost as a treat to myself. I have been a paramedic for 23 years and fast food packed the weight on me. I was 168 lbs in 1990... by
2009 i was at 286 lbs... i am maintaining my goal of 180-190 easily. Was down a total to 170... was too skinny.for me now.
