I also take lyrica and Xanax. I have fibromyalgia, CFS and some other problems. Thank-you for any help!
I've been taking lortab and ultram together for years and it hasn't bothered me at all. I think it has a lot to do with your tolerance of pain medications. If you are worried it's to much take them 4 hours apart. I would also take the ultram for the first time in the evening because the first few times I took it I got really sleepy. My suggestion would be to try ultram by itself first approx. 4-6 hours after your lortab. See how you feel and work from there.
