Which liver enzymes? ALT, AST, ALP, GGT, LD, Bilirubin maybe, Album/Globulin or Creatinine?

It's the sgpt

The drugs.com database says: https://www.drugs.com/accutane.html

So, I have no idea what the situation is but there is a warning that mentions liver disease also.

So it is the ALT: plagiarized: "alanine transaminase (ALT). Enzymes are chemicals that help the cells of your body work. ALT is an enzyme made in the liver. It is released into the blood when tissues are damaged.
This enzyme is also called serum glutamic-pyruvic transaminase, or SGPT."

I have a really bad liver and mine (ALT/SGPT) is 50.

I work out and lift weights does that have any effect on the production of this enzym ?

Some of those weight lifting/body building supplements can contain high levels of biosimilar androgens that can be pretty harsh on your liver.
