Hi Colin-
You can check these meds on the Interaction Checker on the top of this site. If your doctor prescibed these together and you have question once you checked their interactions if any, you can talk to your doctor about any concerns you may have.
Hope you get answers soon.

Hi Colin-
Your welcome- Celexa is an older SSRI (Lexapro a sister med, more or less took it's place), it usually has a low side effect profile and is suppose to be good for anxiety/depression. Amitriptyline is an older tricyclic and can be sedative, it hits other neurotransmitters beside serotonin. Amtriptyline can be given at low doses to help sleep.
Hope the combo works for you. Unless your condition is really bad, I do not understand why docs give two meds at the same time. It is hard to tell which ones is working or which one is giving you side effects. Why did your doc prescribe both at the same time, if you do not mind me asking.
