Hi Just read about this drug for alopecia. Is it available to buy and from who?
Patents and exclusivity rights currently prevent a generic Jakafi (ruxolitinib) from being manufactured in the United States. The first patent is expected to expire in December 2027, which would be the earliest date that a generic version might become available.
Jakafi is made by DSM Pharmaceuticals, Inc., for Incyte Corporation.

I must say that I did not find any literature of Jakafi used for hair loss, and if there is I probably missed it or Jakafi is used off label for alopecia.
You probably are aware of the following:
Jakafi is used in the treatment of myelofibrosis; myeloproliferative disorders and belongs to the drug class multikinase inhibitors.
