How does ritalin affect blood sugar?

Ritalin doesn't affect sugar levels. I had very good luck by keeping my 3 sons with ADD/ADHD on low amounts of sugar and only complex carbohydrates before school. No simple sugars before school. A little bit occasionally in school lunches. Save the sugar for after school and keep it in low amounts or you'll pay the price! ;o) free discount card
