My teeth have been breaking off for the last few years and my wisdom teeth have been pulled and the tooth on the top next to pulled wisdom has broken off at gum line ( I think roots are still in the gums)
You really need to see a dentist. You could have a major infection going on there.
It could be any number of things, infection, TMJ problems etc. You need to see a dentist asap. If you dont have insurance, most dentists will set up a payment plan for you that you can afford. You really need to take better care of your teeth. Infections in your mouth can lead to all kinds of health problems. If the infection goes to the brain it can cause encephalitis which can be fatal. Mouth infections/gum infections can also lead to infections of the heart which can also be fatal so dont ignore the health of your teeth! Mouth infections can cause body wide sepsis too (which is a fancy word for a severe body wide blood infection and this can cause your organs to shut down and can lead to coma and death-not a pretty picture) so our dental health is just as important and any other part of our body. Take better care of yourself. You may just need to have your teeth pulled and go with dentures if the teeth are too far gone to fix. You can try going to a dental school. They do good work, the students are almost ready to graduate and they are overseen by a full fledged experienced dentist and it is very reasonable money wise if you dont have dental insurance. I have quite a few patients who use dental schools for their dental work
