When i stand up, the numbness goes away for the most part. I've found that stretching out my hamstring greatly helps to prevent numbness, but i'm concerned that this may be a circulation issue in my right leg. The left leg is fine. It is not painful at all, and it is strictly behind my knee and the back of my leg.
It is also not constant. Meaning that it comes and goes as i'm sitting.
It could very well be a circulation issue but it could be due to nerve compression in your spine when you sit down. Either way it sounds like a trip to the Dr is in order along with some testing to see what the culprit is!
