Started last night. I have put a lidocaine patch on lower leg to help pain.
Afternoon Haden; Not really easy to explain for you to me. but sounds like your knee is okay but the pain is from about the crotch to the knee then it's okay until you get below the knee, do you notice any swelling or is it hot. about all you can do for now is use your lidocaine patches see how it goes for the weekend and call your doctor Monday. IF THIS IS THE FIRST TIME are you taking any new medication or eating anything different.. I would say if not and you have a good stomach you could take some Ibuprofen you could have some inflammation in the hip and knee, Or could be if it's cold there some type arthritis I wish I could be of more help but it really does not take a lot to mess up a muscle if you did not do anything that you can remember. If you decide to try some Ibuprofen take it with some food to protect the stomach. if it does not get any better by the first of the week give your doctor a call.
