Hi, szar,
Roll the dice on this question and those meds as they ALL list side effects of the digestive system. If I had to guess I'd list in order of side effects the Methotrexate then the Diclofenac, but I am not a physician or pharmacist.
Get with your doctor ASAP on this. You may need to be scoped (upper GI and colonoscopy) to rule out any damage. Since I don't know how long you have been on each, I'd definitely get with your physician right now.

Thanks for your response. I have stopped the diclofenac. I will go to my gastroenterologist if this continues over the next few months.
