... at least 6 different medications due to the side effects which caused stomach discomforts, tinnitus(ringing in the ear) Ive had to add an Ear Nose and Throat Doctor to my list of doctors. My doctor has now prescribed Imuran, I must say I'm a little apprehensive about beginning this treatment because of the last episode from the last medication. The good news is while in between trying different meds I'm not experiencing discomfort of pain, I always feel better not being on medication! What can you tell me about any personal experiences about Imuran?
About three years ago I kinda went nuts and stopped ALL my medications except Humira and Norco and SOMA. I had to go back on thyroid meds though.
IT WAS SO WORTH IT!!! My doctor was concern about my dropping methotrexate but I haven't seen any repercussions from doing so. Your body knows how to handle most pain. I use turmeric to help with other pain.
Never been on Imuran. Can't tell you anything about it. But I feel too many meds make things worse instead of better.
Just a note on my experiences.
