Sorry dear, but pills over a year gotta go unless you have something with them that says otherwise. And four years is definitely way overdue. They can either become ineffective or dangerous. Not worth the risk.
Calling a pharmacist is your best bet. They can also tell you how to responsibly get rid of any old drug. Even aspirin and Tylenol expires.
