Hello; I need ur help; SORRY TO SAY YOUR WHOLE QUESTION DID NOT COME THRU JUST THAT IT SOUNDS LIKE THEY ARE ADDING REXULTI TO YOU MEDICATION IS WHAT i MAKE OUT OF IT. YES you well be fine with this combination the Rexulti works with the Lithium the blood levels are nothing to worry about they check those when they check your Lithium and the new medication should help you lift some of the depression and help you feel better along with the bonus of the Lithium and of couse they both along with the Klonopin should help you quite a bit all together. I hope this helps I am trying to somewhat guess what you were asking. but your question got cut off feel free to write back if we missed anything but this is a good combination. Just make sure you take it only as directed and don't miss any doses. Remember starting the new medication you are going to feel a bit more sedated and a bit off but you well bounce back pretty quick. Hope this helps now below this is the INTERACTION BETWEEN ALL 3 MEDICATION AND THERE IS NOTING TO WORRY ABOUT THAT THE DOCTOR IS NOT GOING TO WATCH FOR. THIS COMES RIGHT OF OUR SITE HERE AT DRUG.COM. please feel free to come back on anytime to check any questions we have some fantastic people here more than willing to help. And I did not want you to have to wait any longer so I answered what I would be worried about. hope this helps now.( Interactions between your selected drugs

MONITOR: Central nervous system- and/or respiratory-depressant effects may be additively or synergistically increased in patients taking multiple drugs that cause these effects, especially in elderly or debilitated patients.
MANAGEMENT: During concomitant use of these drugs, patients should be monitored for potentially excessive or prolonged CNS and respiratory depression. Ambulatory patients should be counseled to avoid hazardous activities requiring mental alertness and motor coordination until they know how these agents affect them, and to notify their physician if they experience excessive or prolonged CNS effects that interfere with their normal activities.

MONITOR: Coadministration of lithium with neuroleptic agents, particularly haloperidol, has been associated with rare cases of an encephalopathic syndrome characterized by weakness, lethargy, fever, tremors, confusion, extrapyramidal symptoms, leukocytosis, and elevated liver enzymes and blood urea nitrogen. This syndrome may be similar to, or the same as, neuroleptic malignant syndrome. Other, more common central nervous system effects may also be increased, such as dizziness, drowsiness, confusion, difficulty concentrating, and impairment in thinking, judgment, and motor coordination.
