Retin-A. Can smoking and use of tretinoin topical exacerbate the damage to your lungs?

The smoking alone will do all the damage to your lungs. Retin-A bonds with the pores in your skin. This shouldn't react to your lungs. Good Luck!

Thanks Sir! I was concerned more when you fall asleep and breath in the the fumes?

If that in any way would thin the lungs out?
