If it works for you, yes, because this horrid disorder is different for everyone and it is resistant to some meds, not to others, and some only work for a while, it's just like migraines in that sense. The rash, yes, it happens.
Does not work for me at 2400mg. That does not mean it won't work for you. I take it for neuropathy. I take Sinemet, Klonipin and tramadol for my RLS. I have gotten a rash on my arm twice but never realized that it might be caused by gabapentin and neither did the doctors.
